Over the summer, Plant Soul Vegan came to the William-Emslie YMCA to host a workshop for our campers in grades K-9. Our campers (…and counselors) LOVED learning new vegan recipes that had been geared toward each age group. For weeks after the workshop, we had campers talking about how surprised they were at how delicious and easy the recipes were! Even better, they would talk about their experiences making vegan smoothies, almond milk, parfaits, and energy bites with their families and friends.

I’ve worked with Plant Soul Vegan on a few events now and she is by far my favorite fine vegan catering business. Everything from presentation to flavor is always given great thought and execution. Chef Obo is sunshine and everything about Plant Soul Vegan reflects just that!
